Please read through the terms and conditions carefully before booking your appointment through square.

Studio's Policy:

All appointments must be made online through my booking site.

Appointments can be rescheduled/cancelled up to 24 hours before the appointment date.

Any cancellation made after will be subject to a cancellation fee of $40.

Showing up 15 minutes late or a No show with no notice will incur a $40 cancellation fee and your appointment will be forfeited.

ALL COSTS AND PAYMENTS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. Please book accordingly.​

• No children or animals allowed.

• You may develop an allergic reaction to the pigment or anesthetic (if you are a brow client), or lash adhesive (if you are coming for a lash service). You may contact us to request a patch test at least 48 hours before the appointment. However, a patch test does not 100% guarantee that you will develop a reaction. If you do not request a patch test, you may waive it on the day of the appointment.

• Rescheduling can be done 24 hours prior to your original appointment through the confirmation link that has been sent through via email/text. Please save the confirmation message just in case when booking your appointment.
