Contraindications of Cosmetic Tattoo
IMPORTANT: Please go through the health checklist BEFORE booking an appointment.
Any person with one of the following conditions may NOT be good candidates for cosmetic tattooing. Please contact me directly if you have any questions or concerns.
Must not be under the age of 18 years of age, unless parent written consent.
Cannot be pregnant/nursing. You must wait until you are completely done with nursing before getting any form of tattoo.
Cannot have any transmittable blood conditions such as: HIV, AIDS, Hepatitis, and etc.
Must not be on ACCUTANE. You must be off Accutane for ONE YEAR before getting brow service.
Must be off Retin-A, Retinol, Fish oil, or any types of blood thinner ONE WEEK before getting a service done.
No acne, blisters, rashes, bruises, scars, or any other types of undiagnosed open wounds on the procedure area. If there are any unexpected flare-ups, you must contact me IMMEDIATELY to reschedule. Failure to do so and still show up will result in automatic reschedule and will be sent home.
Cannot be on any skin medication such as steroids - which causes the skin to become more sensitive during the procedure.
Cannot have eczema or psoriasis on the procedure area.
No active skin cancer on the area.
No diabetes, high blood pressure, or mitral valve disorder.
Anyone who has anxiety or on anxiety medication.
Anyone who had experience seizures and are on medication for it.
Any radiotherapy or chemotherapy must consult with your physician before booking an appointment.
Cannot be allergic to pigmentation, makeup, epinephrine, and lidocaine.
Anyone who had prior experience with inflammatory hyper-pigmentation.
Anyone with healing disorders.
If you have had any surgical procedures such as: blepharoplasty, rhinoplasty, eye surgery, eye lift, and etc done on the face area, please wait THREE MONTHS to fully heal before getting another procedure done.
Cannot be under the influence of drugs and alcohol. Do not consume any alcohol beverages, medication, or caffeine 24 hours before your appointment. Failure to do so will result in excessive bruising, swelling, and bleeding during and after the procedure. May result in loss of pigmentation after healing.

Ombre Powder Brows is suitable for those who love a defined yet "powdered makeup" look. This technique deposits tiny dots of pigment into the skin that fill in the brow to create that beautiful soft gradient and defined brow! How defined or how soft the brow is can be adjusted based on client's desired look. Two sessions are recommended. Suitable for ANY skin type and will last 1-3 years depending on lifestyle, and health conditions.

This is the BEST of both worlds. Suitable for those who may also have sparse brows and want more density in terms of brow hair and fullness. This technique combines both Nano Hair-stroke and Ombre Powder Brows to create brow hair in area's that are sparse and powder to fill in the brow. Suitable for ANY skin type, lasts 1-3 years with yearly touch-ups recommended!

Most suitable for someone who has a good amount of brow hair and would like more symmetry and fullness in areas that may be sparse. Microblading is a form of manual tattooing technique that deposits pigment into the superficial layer of the skin with micro hair-like cuts that follow the natural brow hair growth. It is a two-step process, after the initial session a follow-up perfecting session in 6 weeks is required to fill in any areas that may have faded. Depending on skin type, lifestyle, or health conditions, brows can last 1-3 years. Annual touchup is recommended. The result is very natural though less defined look than Ombre powder brows. It is NOT recommended for oily skin types.

The Answers You Need To Know
Does it hurt?
Minimal pain. A numbing agent will be used for the duration of the proceedure so you wont feel a thing!
How can I prepare for the procedure and what can I expect at the appointment?
No alcohol, caffeine beverages, or blood thinning medication 24 hours before. This can increase any bleeding. Please plan to expect to spend 2-3 hours at initial appointment. Brow consultation and shaping will be covered extensively to ensure you approve of your desired brow design.
What can I expect after permanent makeup procedure?
You may have minor swelling or redness immediately after procedure, this will subside within 1-2 days. Color will look brighter and darker immediately after but do not panic! This will subside and lighten 30%-40% with each passing day. Brows will start to peel like any other tattoo within 4-7 days, and you may experience some itching. Must follow aftercare and keep brow area clean and do not apply makeup on brows for 7 days after tattoo. Please follow advised aftercare at time of appointment for the best possible results.
What if I need to reschedule?
Sometimes life happens and we have to reschedule. That's okay! Please let me know at least 24 hours beforehand so that I can find a time that we can reschedule to. Any no shows or replies 15 minutes after appointment will be cancelled and the $50 deposit will be non-refundable.
What if I don't like my brows?
During your appointment we will go over your desired look and make sure that everything about your shape and symmetry is your ideal look. Brows will appear darker after initial but will fade. Any changes (i.e. colour or shape) can be made at the touchup at 4-6 weeks.
